We do not provide legal, tax, or administrative services directly, and we are not a referral service. Any engagement between you and a listed gestor is independent of our platform.
Certain features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account, and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Businesses submitting listings are responsible for the accuracy of all provided information. We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, modify, or remove any listing at our sole discretion. Featured or paid listings do not guarantee preferential placement in search results beyond what is explicitly stated at the time of submission.
Users may submit reviews and other content. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute it on our platform. You must not post content that is defamatory, false, infringing, or otherwise unlawful. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
You agree not to: misuse the platform or disrupt its operation; attempt to access unauthorized areas; scrape or copy data without permission; post malicious or fraudulent content; impersonate another person or entity; or use the service for any illegal purpose.
